taking care of ourselves within our current system of exploitation leaves our bodies absolutely wrecked. i understand that fitting regular self-care into our routines can be daunting & exhausting. instead of finding new time slots, combine your low-key activities with small additions to connect with your physical being. within you will find tools that i utilize as a practitioner to take care of my body!

queer & trans providers
portland has a wonderful community of queer, trans & gender-expansive providers! these providers are here to support your mental, physical & emotional journey as we navigate the unending instability around us. finding a provider is much like starting any new relationship - you have to check the vibe to make sure it is right for your needs! if the provider you are receiving care from is not meeting your needs i encourage you to end the relationship & find a more suitable practitioner.
